By the brewery’s appointment, we proclaim this magnificent brew.
A trio of British hops, Bramling Cross, Cascade and Olicana, will deliver bold flavours of blackcurrant and warm spice. A touch of chocolate malt shall impart a rich, roasted aroma and deep indulgent ruby colour.
Therefore, with this Charter, we bestow upon the bearer a most satisfying ruby red ale.

This beer is all about the hops – cascade and crystal to be exact.

This fella is named in tribute to where we get our brew on, 33 East Street, Braintree, Essex.
